1. Any refund or cancellation under any circumstances, will not be given. Unless stated otherwise in the terms, all invoices shall be payable solely by the Client.
2. Korporate Ladders reserves the right to terminate the services package in between, if the client is found to be involved in any criminal acts or allegations OR commits any inappropriate behavior with any employee or representative of Korporate Ladders. Refund of pending service fees in such scenario will be on sole discretion of the management.
